Good food, service and location. Unlike a few other newer places that started well but slowly kinda petered out Flint Creek has so far maintained a great quality menu and exquisite service. I took my wife and family (mother/brother/his SO) for a dinner and had some Good wine and great food. 10/10 recommend to a friend

Been hearing for years about the epic happy hour burger at Flint Creek. Finally got to try it today. What a deal! May be my new fave gourmet burger and it's worth WAY more than $10. The tuna tartare and pickled veggie plates were also wonderful. Come in!

Delicious happy hour at reasonable prices in the Greenwood neighborhood. Hubby and I sampled the tuna tartare, venison pate, pickled veggies and the butcher burger. We enjoyed everything! However, we did agree that we prefer a mousse textured pate over the country style, which did not preclude us from finishing this off. For dessert, we had the strawberry rhubarb crisp topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This was good, but then I'm wondering would I have been more satisfied had I ordered the banana split? Outstanding service goes to Cruz! He was helpful in every way and checked on us at appropriate intervals. We hope to come back to try the Delmonico steak and potatoes au gratin that our neighbors were having.

Last minute change of plans left us celebrating our anniversary at Flint Creek Cattle. What a great decision. We were able to get a table last minute on a Friday night. Last reservation. We ordered drinks. I love going to a restaurant and giving the bartender loose guidelines and drinking great concoctions. They did just that. Hazy IPA was great as well. We sat on the lower floor by the windows. It is great for people watching and Amazon drivers rocking out at the light. We started our order with the sourdough bread and butter. The butter had an oil, Salt and lemon zest. There was a ton of flavor and was great. We asked for recommendations and went for the 8oz filet and the Hangar steak. Both were amazing but the 8oz filet was better. The sauce on top did it. We also tried the pommes dauphinois. Great potato side and the nutmeg cream Parmesan was tasty. For dessert we went with the Brûléed banana split. It was good. I didn't think it was as good as the reviews said. We wished the brownie had been warmed first. Overall the service was on par. The bill was expensive but think the quality matched the cost. The steak rivaled that of some Bellevue and Seattle steak houses. Most of all we appreciated that our food was locally sourced. One steak was from Ephrata and another Montana. We will be back.
